Anyone else have a Connection issue with Health app on iPhone and watch

I have MyFitness Pal connected to Health on my phone and watch, but my step count never seems to synchronize with MyFitnessPal.
I’ve checked that all the options are on and it seems to be working, but my steps just don’t sync.

There’s often a lag time between updates. If you need it faster, see if hitting sync will help:
It’ll at least get most of them on there.
