My name is Jen and I'm here trying to get back on track with my good habits. My biggest pitfall is stress. I work in the propane industry so this time of year is our busy season. I don't think I've relaxed since sometime in October. Unfortunately, this means all the good habits I formed have fallen by the wayside. I've regained about a third of the weight I'd lost and I just feel like a tired blob. I have about 4-6 more weeks of high stress ahead of me and I'm fighting like crazy to regain control of my wellness.
A little about me besides work. I live for travel, the outdoors, and taking my e-bike out for nice, long rides. My next adventure will take me to London in in 43 days. As my name suggests, I am Pagan that loves bird-watching, volcanic eruptions, eclipses - solar or lunar - I'm not picky, and meteor showers. Samhain (Halloween) is my favorite holiday and I find solace sitting next to rivers. Not married, no kids - I don't think I can be domesticated.
Anyway, that's me in a nutshell. Let's take on this journey together, shall we?
