That depends: how did you come to choose the activity level 'active'?
If you are active NOT including exercise/walks, then yes, eat more on days when you exercise.
If you chose active based on daily active AND exercise, then exercise is already included in your base calorie goal and you shouldn't eat more when exercising.

Also: MFP is just giving you estimates based on population averages, so it's good to test the numbers for 1 or 2 months (or menstrual cycles if applicable) and then adjust based on your actual weight results.

Yep, what Lietchi said. It depends on how you set up MFP. If you've chosen active but all your activity is your walking then you're fine. If you're active in daily life and then the walking is on top then eat more.

If you select ACTIVE I probably wouldn’t add the walking and active I’m sure accounts for the steps.

The only real way to know is to do one or the other for a month or so and review how your selected cal amount affects your weight and then you can adjust at that time.

There are a lot of factors to consider, accuracy and tracking of weekly calories is of utmost importance. 2,650 can easily turn into 3,000 plus with underreporting.
