Greetings fellow MFP members,
As a newbie here I am game to make some connections as I live in ruralish Ontario, Canada and it is a new area to me.
Thus, I have yet to make some new friends so as losing weight and living healthier is easier with pals, I thought I would hop on here and say hello.
I hope everyone us well.
We had great weather today so I got out walking before the cold returns tomorrow.
