Concern about Data Updating and Lost Food Logs

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the recurring issue I am facing with the app. Many times I open the app, it prompts me to sign in again, and as a result, all my previously logged food details are being removed.

This has been causing me a great deal of anxiety as I rely on the app to track my food intake and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is frustrating to have to repeatedly enter my information and lose all the progress I have made with my food logs.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with a solution.

    You're only talking to other users like yourself, who can't really do anything about the problem. MFP staff don't read every post on every board. You might check the Tech Support forum to see if there's a resolution or else the bots will come through a couple of times a day over there with the links to tech support.
