Hi my name is Manuela , my problem is that I want to gain weight, I went from 220lbs down to 155lbs, while all this is a great weight loss, I would like to gain like10 lbs, I just don’t feel like I look healthy at all anymore, trying to fill in on some spots on my body, and no I’m not trying to look good for a man😊. I’m trying g to look good for myself! Are there any recommendations on how I can gain weight in a healthy way? Thanks

At the end of the day MFP tells you what you’ll weigh in 5 weeks if everyday was like today. If you’ve done the Elimination Diet you’ll know what foods to avoid. Eat healthy stuff. Tell MFP your goal (gain 10 lb) and how fast. It will tell you how many calories you need to achieve the goal. Eat that much and you’ll be on your way.0
