2 different phones show different options when searching the same thing?

My wife and I searched for exactly the same meal to put in our apps (homemade vennison caserole), and both had different options offered to us.
Hers offered vennison sweet potato caserole as the first option. But mine I couldn't even find that.

Anybody know why MFP would only show a particular meal for one of us, but not the other?!
