I have paid $79.99 for Premium but still after almost 2 weeks can not access it. Is there no way to contact a live person. This is ridiculous.

Go to the HELP SECTION (https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us).
Search for "Premium."
I bet you get a link to an article called "Problem With Premium Purchase." (https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032272092-Problem-With-Premium-Purchase).
Read that. Try what it says.
If that doesn't work, submit a support request ticket and someone will help you.
As a last resort, work with your credit card company to dispute the charge and then try again.0
