30 day shred question

Hey all,

I started the 30 day shred last Monday, I was wondering how to classify it in the exercise log? I had read somewhere to use circuit training but was unsure if it is correct. Also are you guys doing it every day? I usually take off Weds and Sun from shredding but was unsure if you need to do it every day for 30 days straight.

    Before I got my HRM, I logged it as circuit training. I do the shred 5 times a week---and have been doing it longer than 30 days. I spent 3 weeks on level 1, 4 on level 2 and this is my first week of level 3. You can really do it however you want! :)

    I list it under circuit training. I do it about 3 times a week, in addition to other workout DVD's and jogging. I'm still on level 2, I don't have the courage to do level 3 yet.

    I heard you are suppose to do it everyday. I however do it every other day, so it will actually be my 60 Day Shred. I'm on Level 2, Day 5.

    Keep me posted on your results, you can add me as a friend. I am enjoying Jillian kicking my bootie but have only completed L1D6 so far, aiming for 10 days on each level and then restart.:bigsmile:

    I just started the 30 day shred on Sunday..(wow it is hard!) and plan to do it 3x to 4x per week as I have another class I am doing 3 nights a week. I am looking foward to it..I could not get over how challenging it was again today!
