I just found the app after 10 days of fasting (7 of them with only liquids). Iβm trying to avoid the yo-yo. π
I went from 63 kg to 58 kg and would like to keep it under 60.
Iβve taken a break for fasting, but I normally train 5-6 days per week. Running 8-13 km and functional weight training. Plus biking a total of 8 km/ day to work and back when the weather allows.
Iβm sometimes inclined to think that I can eat how much and whatever I want due to the high amount of exercise. But Iβve found thatβs not correct.
So, now Iβm trying to find the right balance.
Iβm hoping to keep myself reigned in by counting calories, which I have never done before.
