I just found the app after 10 days of fasting (7 of them with only liquids). I’m trying to avoid the yo-yo. πŸ˜‰
I went from 63 kg to 58 kg and would like to keep it under 60.
I’ve taken a break for fasting, but I normally train 5-6 days per week. Running 8-13 km and functional weight training. Plus biking a total of 8 km/ day to work and back when the weather allows.
I’m sometimes inclined to think that I can eat how much and whatever I want due to the high amount of exercise. But I’ve found that’s not correct.
So, now I’m trying to find the right balance.
I’m hoping to keep myself reigned in by counting calories, which I have never done before.
