returning noob

I'm back, like that ex you never wanted to see again. LOL! Used MFP years ago, but the account seems to be gone.

Anyway, I got sick last fall, ended up in hospital for a while, lost all my strength, and generally felt miserable. Didn't have any energy, so we ate a lot of take-out and junk food, and over the holidays picked up a bad cookie habit.

Tomorrow is my first day back at the gym, taking it easy with a basic fitness class at first. Hope to get back into cardio by summer. Want to have lots of energy for summer activities. My goal is to lose 40lbs by the end of the year.
