Restarting..... again

Jumped back on the health journey in Dec 2023 and have lost 23lbs (still have 97lbs to go), lower my A1C and feeling stronger from swimming, walking and weights.......

I am now at the point that I usually get lazy about logging or start skipping workouts and all the hard work becomes unraveled. I am really tired of this vicious cycle and just wondering if anyone can relate or have suggestions on getting through these challenging mental moments.
