My name is Jennifer. I am a recovering anorexic. However, my weight has gotten out of control. I am at least 30 pounds overweight. I am going to try and lose the weight, but I am worried I will return to my anorexic ways. If anyone out there understands I would love to talk. .

    Hi, Jennifer. I just wanted to welcome you to the Community.

    I have not struggled with anorexia, but I have struggled with binge eating and I feel like it's just two sides of the same coin. If I'm trying to soothe emotions with my eating behavior, I've lost the plot.

    Do you still have some people who helped you through the original recovery?
