Iam a university student.
I eat lunch around 2 to 2:30
My dinner is around 8 to 8:30
In btw lunch and dinner and from morning to lunch time i eat little things like eating biscuits or carrot or bananas.
My bpdy is ok qith intermittent fasting and i would also like to do it
But my time management is too disturbed to intermittent fast for at least 10 to 12 hours continuously.
Can i get and suggestions regarding it.

Fasting includes sleeping time.
Why intermittent fasting?
Sometimes it serves a very useful purpose. But IF alone doesn't mean weight loss.
Weight is determined by calories in versus calories out.
You might lose weight better by counting calories.
Another help might be adding protein to snacks. One of the main reasons for snacking when meals are spaced farther apart (longer than 4-5 hours) is to satiate hunger. For most people, protein is the most satiating macro.
