I am almost depressed :( went running and I swear my Butt was jumping :( I mean I am not HUGE but not little... but all my weight is from about my belly button down to my thighs... everywhere else I am small..and I thought ky bitter was going to knock over a tree or something. ;( but a little every day will help!

    Compression shorts and top. Seriously. I am huge. And I know the feeling you're talking about. It sucks, but wearing compression pants/shorts/spanx and a compression top will help keep the feeling down. I've got a couple pieces that I wear UNDER regular work out/daily clothes on occasion. It keeps the jiggly bits from being too jiggly. :) Don't be depressed. You're doing a good thing and progress takes time.

    You don't have to be big to have jiggly bits when you run. I wear compression shorts because I have a "pooch" that likes to bounce around and it gets itchy. Bless the person that invented compression wear!

    I think I was just feeling down yesterday lol.
    But I am feeling way better today :)
    still some junk in my trunk but hey
    it will all be okay lol ;)
