Have you checked out this MFP group yet?

    https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/145477-herbivores-of-mfp

The "what did you eat today" thread has ideas.

This web site has guidance on vegan nutrition, including ideas of what foods to eat:

    https://veganhealth.org/

There are many vegan recipe sites that a web search will turn up. (I can't recommend specific ones because I don't follow recipes, I "just cook".)

If you look at recipes in the MFP blog, you can type "vegan" in the search box there and get many calorie-efficient vegan recipes:

    https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/recipes/

There are also things like this automatic menu planner, which lets you specify calorie level and eating style (with vegan as one of the options):

    Best wishes!

I'm not vegan, but I usually make a version of this with a can of butter beans at least once per week. Very tasty!

I just "veganise" my meals by making substitutions. If I'm doing tacos, I'll use jackfruit instead of of pork, or a vegan mince substitute I make with lentils, mushrooms and walnuts. Flatbread are great with a range of hummus flavors, beetroot, Butterbean, guacamole, sweet potatoes etc. Lots of curries are vegetarian or vegan. Roast chickpeas make a great snack, they also add a crunchy texture if you add them to salads etc. Check out Instagram for lots of ideas. I just start out substituting in recipes I know well and then throw in a new recipe when I see something that catches my eye. By substitutes I don't mean meat alternatives, they are ridiculously expensive here, but finding something that is flavourful and texturally similar.
