Looking to get heart rate up while convalescing from foot surgery

Had foot surgery 3 weeks ago. Walking and biking were my daily exercises so they’re both out for about 3 more weeks. Looking for ways to raise my heart rate. I’m doing some stretching and chair exercises but would really like to figure out how to get my heart rate up so I can resume exercise a bit better when the time comes. I have a pin in my toe so use of the feet is pretty much out. Thanks.

Any chance there's a gym or PT practice in your area with an arm bike? Adaptive setup for wheelchair use of rowing machine? There are some pretty vigorous chair exercise videos on YouTube (for wheelchair athletes), but you've probably already checked that out.1

Do a quick search on Amazon for “hand cycle”
Make sure to choose one that has hand grips, not foot pedals.
Should cost around $50.0
