2 years post gastric bypass and struggling!

I am almost 2 years post gastric bypass. At my heaviest I was 295lbs. Jist before Christmas 2023 I was 206 then went on a trip for a month. Came home and now 216lbs. I am struggling and desperate

You've lost almost 100 pounds though! That's amazing. This is going to be a lifelong thing. You just need to reign UT back in a bit.1

It’s a good time to re access how you’re approaching things. Get your head around the fact that being a reasonable weight will be a lifelong challenge regardless of how you decided to proceed in the past. When people lose the weight many times the mindset is “job done” and go back to previous eating habits.
Build a sustainable diet that will be permanent that has the correct amount of calories and this will mean severely limiting things like alcohol, ultra processed food and liquid calories.1 -
Were you still losing before your trip? Were you at a standstill before your trip? What is different between before the trip and after the trip? Have you tried to get any support from the team who setup your surgical intervention?3
