Today I did have a McDonald’s chocolate chip cookie. But I only had one cookie. I went over 200 calories ugh…… I am addicted to sugar…. Try my hardest tomorrow. Doing alittle reading before I go to bed. Goodnight and GOD. BLESS.

You'll get there. It's a process. Sometimes it's two steps forward one step back. I wouldn't call one cookie an addiction, I think one cookie is a normal serving.1 -
Good for you regarding cutting down on the cookies. I would suggest changing your self talk to "I will stick to my plan", as opposed to "I will try".
