1400 calories not losing.

Hi, I am Patti. For years being on about 1100 -1400 calories on here.
I am at a stalemate. Frightened to go higher and silly to go much lower. any advice please. I am disabled, 75 years old and sedentary apart from sitting exercises on most days. Help please.

you need to go lower. There is a good chance you're taking in more weekly calories tha you think. Weight does fluctuate due to water so if it's been more than a month or so with no loss then you're eating at maintenance whether you know it or not.
At your age, sedentary and handicapped you don't need many calories.2
