Female 35, lost inches but weight is same

Hello all,

I have been going to gym 2/3 days a week doing strength training since 6 months .. on weekends I do swimming one or both days

My waist inches are down by 3 inches .. and I feel more energetic these days.. however weighing scale is same 185 pounds

I did gain muscle mass and lost weight I pounds but overall weight no change

    Do you want to look slimmer or lose weight on the scale? Is there no change in weight at all, if tiny? Scale is working correctly, is on solid floor, battery not near empty?
