Hello!

I've been tracking my calorie intake for about 20 days now since starting that and a little exercise I've lost a total of 16 pounds. What was everyone's biggest hold back from achieving your weight loss goals, mine ATM is trying to find ways to not get hungry during my fasting hours.

    Congrats! For me personally, the most important thing was to sometimes allow myself to eat whatever I wanted. If I kept too much discipline for too long and didn't let myself slip, life became so boring that I gave up and always went back to my old habits straight away (and stayed there way too long). It was important to find the golden mean and allow myself to relax sometimes. But I know that it may be different for others.
