Need energy n motivation

Hi. Back again. I’ve been tracking food for few days now n exercising on tread. For 30 min ( slowwww jog/ lil walk) I get seasonal depression til about now ( normally til spring starts) n then I feel somewhat lighter. My medications tend to weigh me down also. Have to lose 56 pounds. I could use some positive, motivational friends . Pushing through the sludge tho n back at it !!:-) let’s gooo!!
