Hello my name is Crystal and today is my first day on this app.
I have goals to los weight and to get healthy by having a high protein diet and going to GoodLife Fitness… also trying to continue with a Personal Trainer once a week hopefully….

    Hi @crystalkolomeitz welcome to MFP!

    I also eat high protein, to fuel gym and trainer workouts.

    I find it really helps to pre-log my day(s) so I can make sure I’m planning adequate protein, rather than scrambling for it at the end of the day.
