Hello,
I’m Rhonda, just rejoined MFP along with my husband. We were doing Noom, but it got too expensive. Looking to have success with this app and community. So far I like what I am seeing with the premium version. I have a goal to lose 20 lbs by October.

    Hi, Rhonda. Welcome back!

    My husband and I both do MFP. I have premium, he does not.

    You know you can copy meals from one another, right? Makes it much easier for him since I do the cooking and recording. He just copies meals straight from my diary and adjusts quantities as needed. ( I get more calories than him- which I usually “spend” on protein, ie larger servings of meats. )

    LMK here if you need help figuring out how to do it and I’ll be happy to post screen shots.

    Thank you! I think I remember sharing meals I input into my journal the last time. Pretty cool!
