2 questions about the Food Plan module

I am starting a new meal plan (first one). Day 1, second task, “select lunch menu for four days…” but it does not tell ne how to do this or give me any other instructions.

Also the video about creating a meal plan does not match the menus or options seen on my version of the android app. 24.9.0-33781

    It's just telling you to figure out what you're going to eat for lunch over the next four days. There really is no "how", it's just you, thinking, and going "hmmm, I'm going to eat _____ for lunch on Monday, ____ for lunch on Tuesday, etc. Maybe write it down on a paper or on your computer in a document, or in your MFP food diary.
