Hello I’m ordering from a meal preparation service and I have the calories and macros per meal. How do I upload these meals without knowing each individual ingredient and weight of said ingredient?

How about adding the meal in "My Foods" as a one-item thing? You can put in nutrients/calories and give it a name that way. You can make the serving size "1 meal". Just make sure you don't share that food to the public database since it's not actually an individual food.1

With the caveat that the numbers you have are approximate unless you do weigh the ingredients and estimate them yourself.
Depending on your goals and settings this may or may not be something of benefit or something you're willing to invest time and effort in.
Example: food prepared in an inspected export focused factory in India listing ingredients in detailed percentages and with package fill levels consistently within the gram stated has, I believe, a higher probability of having correct values as per label as compared to a hand packed ""fresh food ready to cook"" delivery package that may have a much higher or lower individual ingredient weight than envisioned0
