Where can I go to find videos of the exercises in the workouts? I don’t know what all the exercise names mean.

    Are you talking about the exercises in the exercise database where you log the exercise? Or something in the workout routines for MFP premium? Or something else?

    In most cases, if you know the name of an exercise, you can do a web search (or search inside YouTube) and find videos about how to do that exercise. If it's in the Workout Routines, it seems like those usually have their own videos.
