Hi Everyone! I’m trying to make another go of tracking calories to lower my weight and feel healthier! My biggest issue is consuming too much sugar and emotional eating 😬 I was hoping to get some friends on here to help hold me accountable and keep logging my food. TIA!

Hello, I am also giving it another shot. I did lose 30 lb during the pandemic, but have another stubborn 10 lb to get rid off. But it has been stuck for 1.5 years and I fear that the rest will come back too....
