Trying to stay Motivated

Hi everyone my name is Bethany I just started my journey a week ago. I have high hopes and I'm doing good so far this week. I went to the gym 5 days and I've ate healthy all week. I just have such anxiety that I'm going to lose focus or not stay motivated. Then I will just give up. Does anyone else feel this way? Or is it just me. I feel like I really just need so new friends going through the same process to help me stay accountable and focus.
