No way to know. You need to go in and add the ingredients of your bowl one by one, estimating amounts0

For things like that, I'd check the website. They may have info, or a PDF somewhere. Or Google may have an answer somehow. Or if there are multiple estimates here for that meal/item, definitely do not use the lowest one, maybe pick one from the middle or just above middle of the range.2
