Hellooooooo! I'm not new....I've been trying to lose the weight for years - so here's a group that might help this be your last diet ever! I've been thinking about what works for me, and it's accountability. So I'm looking for a group of determined people who'll commit to a weekly 'check-in' with each other on weight. The encouragement of the larger community is great, but it’s honest encouragement that keeps us motivated. Interested? I'll be focussing on the 'not stuffing food in my mouth' diet - nothing fancy-schmancy, just ensuring I've some healthy food prepped, watching portion size, no snacking on carbs and using some science to keep me on track. I'd love some diet buddies (from anywhere in the World) that are fed-up of dieting and want this to be the last one to join the ‘Last Diet Ever!’ group.

So if you’ve been on a diet forever, are fed up, disillusioned, kicking yourself for all those bloody wasted years not fitting into clothes, lacking confidence, avoiding events….then this is the group to get real and kick the flubber for good. If we fall off that pony, we help get that person back in the saddle and start cutting those calories again. Losing weight is a mind game and we need to throw all the tricks in the book at it that we can. So join up, learn some diet science and be prepared for a weekly check-in, yep, every Monday morning, for some real accountability.
