Hi
I followed a restrict diet for too long.
I was really closed to the goal but then I start to overeat, especially during the evening. It looks I can’t stop this circle. As such, I want to start writing my thought in this support group, to make a strong commitments with myself

I usually do this too, on the last 15 lbs. starts with a weekend break and then…
This year I’m committing myself to just logging and keeping accountable for a year. No judgement from myself. Behavioural changes. Started mid January cause got covid again, and now I’m feeling very ‘on wagon’. For now.
Rougher waters ahead, but I’m developing ‘one day at time” attitude.
I think it takes a lot of inner work and permanent lifestyle changes. Ones you’re willing to accept too.
