Introducing myself

My name is Eleazar, I have recently been practicing a healthy lifestyle I think I used to be a hypocrite and now I’m actually doing it. I am currently 330lbs 6’5” and currently been hard at the gym with wife and kids we’re all doing it. My current health issues are recent diabetes and I have cholesterol and blood pressure elevated. And it doesn’t help that I already have a minor health problem called A-FIB. I’m an electrician and sometimes days are tough and I used to think to myself since I’m being physically active at work (that would be my so called workout for the day) but in the end of the day/week I would go up in weight. Not anymore, I am tired of thinking that way. Now I’m doing it like the Nike logo. So far I have lost 6lbs in 1.5 weeks with diet and exercise been trying new methods to cook food,

So I am on here asking new and current members any ideas to keep cutting my weight. (Meals workout) I do cardio and strength workout that is full body using only dumbbells
