MFP Randomly Omitting Exercise Data Recorded by Apple Devices

Why am I experiencing randomly missing exercise/workout data in the MyFinessPal (MFP) app?

That data is successfully being recorded by my Apple mobile devices (as evidenced by running the Apple Watch’s Workout app or the Apple iPhone’s Health app). Unfortunately, at random, it is NOT being incorporated into the MFP app’s database.

On average, I estimate that the MFP app is only successfully incorporating about 80% of my workouts. Unfortunately, randomly fails to incorporate about 20% MFP of them! Unfortunately, I cannot figure out what scenario is triggering this omission behavior by MFP.
