Overnight Oats with Oatmilk
7 Ingredients
1 tbsp, Flaxseeds
1 tablespoon, Hemp Hearts
1 tbsp(s), Organic chia seeds
0.50 cup, Kodiak Protein Rolled Oats
1 cup, Oat milk original
1 scoop, His & Her Collagen Peptides
0.75 cup, Light& Fit Greek Yogurt - Flavor of choice.
I used mason jars for these, but you can use any air tight container.
Steps.
1. Pour oat Milk into Jars
2. Mix Dry ingredients
3. Add dry ingredients, mixing with a knife to keep seeds from clumping
4. Add Greek yogurt flavor of your choice.
5. Garnish however you want.
