I've just started using MPL and hope it helps me in my journey in losing weight. I don't have any friends using MPL and hope to get some supporters. I've have been struggling to get motivated in following the correct diet and having sufficient exercise. My boyfriend has started going through a program in losing weight which involves having shakes and pills throughout the day. In my point of view, I do not believe in shakes and pills. Therefore, I downloaded MPL app to keep track my meals and activities. Hope it will help me to achieve my goal weight. I want to start with a small goal which put me at 70kg and also have a no carb diet. I am an active badminton player and losing weight will allow me to have better games in the future. So if there is anyone to give me support, I really do appreciate it! :)
