Hello all

So I’m new to this app. I started this journey after stepping in the scale and seeing my heaviest numbers. I started at 417 and after one month I’m down 26 pounds too 390. I have been sticking too being caloric deficit, walk the track at the ymca, train in karate 2x a week. Oh I’ve also cut out the pop or soda and drink water.

    Welcome, Jason! The scale movement will slow down as the months progress, but remember there are other means to measure health improvement, whether size of waistline or ease of breathing while going up and down stairs and more.

    Cutting out soda for water is huge, most people have a LOT of difficulty doing this. If this is a measure of your willpower, you're going to succeed for sure!
