Um, a poll calling for descriptions as answers doesn't work very well?
My total cholesterol is over 185 because my HDL is high. My LDL is solidly in the appropriate range.
My exercise routine is fairly intense, but not appreciably more or less so than when my LDL cholesterol and triglycerides were way too high.
My triglyceride level is well under 90.
Yes, my foods include small amounts of added sugars - actual sugars, not non-caloric sweeteners.
I eat a lot of plant-based foods, but I don't know about "mostly". By weight, yeah, mostly. By calorie magnitude, maybe not. I'm ovo-lacto vegetarian, so I eat a lot of dairy and limited eggs. I was ovo-lacto vegetarian when my LDL cholesterol and triglycerides were way too high, too.0
