I have 22lbs to loose up untill April. I am getting married and would like to be in shape for my big day. I normally start these diets in the hope to loose weight fast. It does not take alot for me to loose my motivation but i am hoping to meet some people on here to support and motivate me.

Regardless of however you choose to eat whether be vegan, vegetarian, paleo, standard American, fruitarian,etc... losing weight is possible with some dedication, exercise, and food planning. Feel free to add me as well! :-)0

Hi, there. Please add me as well. I'm a newbie on this site. I have 20-25 lbs to lose and tried everything in the past that did not lead to anywhere. My goal is to lose 1 lb a week and reach my ideal weight in six months. I'm so hopeless. :frown:0

You can't expect things to happen over night. 22 pounds can be a big number for some people, put your mind to it and things will happen0

Finding the motivation is really the hard part! Working out with a friend or asking them to go on walks with you can really be helpful! If you are dieting, don't do a diet that restricts what you eat! That will help. If you tell yourself that you can't have something your body tends to crave it! Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like. I'm only 12 pounds away from my current weight loss goal, but it's taking forever. Better to take it slow and be healthy!0
