I am on a current weight loss journey after medication seemed to cause an additional 50+ pounds. I started on the Ozempic compound and this app Feb 9th 2024. I am down a total of 18lbs. I am looking for apps, blogs or something on here that tells me the right low calorie foods that I can have that are fast food when my family decides to indulge. I have been a a big cook my whole life and from the South food is a big thing. I pretty much eat the same basic things due to being scared of going over 1200 calories or what i eat hindering any weigh loss for the week/month. So I am looking to expand my recipes for myself or food ideas. Feel free to add me as a friend too! I am think it's so important to have an encouraging village to reach our goals.

In restaurants, opting for the grilled option is usually a healthier option, whether grilled chicken sandwiches or grilled fish. Just avoid the fried versions and limit sauces (dip, don't drown), and you're already a step closer to where you want to be.1
