I’m Richard. I have been seriously counting calories and nutrition since Feb 10 with a 4 day gym routine. I have not lost weight, but something better. I have almost 3 inches of belly fat. I take measure my gut and take body shots weekly. There is a noticeable difference in 6 weeks! I’m 46 and my favorite exercise is treadmill running and stair stepper. My favorite workout is leg day. I’m watching my legs grow and my strength improve.

Congrats, man! I started intermittent fasting same day you started counting and just did a 72 hr fast. Figured this would be the best way to maintain all the positives so far. Just finished legs about 15 min ago!0
