Wondering how do you track a specific amount of food? Say 10 ounce Italian sausage. It just says 1 link how do you know how much is in a link. This is the most frustrating part of this app

    I just searched the database for "Italian sausage." It defaults to "1 link" as the serving size. But if you click on the serving size, you can choose many options including grams. Grams are the BEST.
