I’ve always had body image issues but tbh even though I originally wanted to lose weight to look skinnier, I also just want to live a long healthy life! My current weight doesn’t heavily impact my health but I just want to be good in the long run, and I’ve struggled with some really unhealthy eating habits where I was always hungry but at a standstill in my weight. I think it’ll feel good to build healthy habits. good luck everyone teehee
