Hi All,
When logging workout routines do you include your body weight + additional weight/s lifted.
This is applicable mostly to leg day I.e. squats, lunges, calf raises etc.
For examples if I weigh 80Kg and lift 60Kg do I log the total weight lifted, in this instance 140Kg or just the weight of the bar and added plates (60Kg)?
Thanks for your comments 💪

As far as your own personal body weight, all exercises in the Exercise database are going to be accounting for your current weight and making the adjustment. Weight lifting in the Cardio section would be doing that too.
As far as I know there is no way on this site to account for the amount of weight you're lifting in the Exercise calories. You can set up a "New Measurement" on the Check-In part of the site but it is just for your own recording, it won't affect exercise calories.
