CaloriesI’m eating 2000 calories a day and only managed to gain a whopping (sarcastic eye roll) 0.6 ounces in 9 days … I’m feeling very confused1

Don't be confused, @nbg8nczyn6, be satisfied, because now you have a strong basis for knowing what your maintenance calories are. Now you add 250 calories on top of that for a slow, controlled gain of a half pound/quarter kilo per week.3
