I've been doing my own cooking, including baked goods where I add half whole wheat to white flour and much less sugar. I also make muffins that way and add a little nonfat yogurt with less oil and I only use one egg. All my breads have fruits in them or sometimes vegetables such as zucchini. You could add flaxseed or other seeds for lowering cholesterol. It makes a delicious breakfast as well as snacks. Anytime I want another type of snack I have fresh fruit. Once you get in that routine you won't be eating things that you know you shouldn't. Good luck to you.0
