Macro Goal Templates

I'm an endurence biker, which means that I can easily burn thousands of calories a day extra. If I know I'm going to do a bike bike ride I'd like to start eating differently throughout the day already with the right Macro's, according to the theory on days that I exercise I should focus more on carbs where on rest days I focus more on proteins.

So therefore I'd like to have the ability to make some Macro Goal Templates, i.e.
- Rest day 30% / 30% / 40%
- light exercise 40 / 30 / 30
- hard excercise 50 / 30 / 20 (or whatever).

The current day format is too limiting for me because every week might be different and I'd like to just change it on the day itself.
