Only 10 Pounds

I weigh 155 pounds and need to lose 10 pounds to reach my desired weight of 145 pounds. Easy? I don't think so. I am a regular at exercise, is an understatement for me. Same with diet, too. I am very conscious about my diet. I am actually a fitness enthusiast and advise others on various fitness-related issues. Despite this, my weight has increased over the last few months since I stopped running and shifted to other forms of exercise. The only action I have not started is tracking my food intake by writing it down after every meal. I have my own website, too.
