Good morning!

My name is Krystal. I am almost where I want to be. I have had a rocky last couple of years, but now its time for ME again.

12/11/2020 - Weight 298lbs
12/12/2020 - Gastric Sleeve Surgery
06/01/2021 - Husband had Gastric Sleeve Surgery
06/15/2021 - I lost a total of 100lbs
08/12/2021 - Husband and I got "COVID"
09/01/2021 - I lost another 40lbs

09/07/2021 - Husband passed away with "COVID complications" as his body was still weak from trying to heal from his surgery.

10/15/2021 - Gained 30lbs back from alcohol and depression coping with the loss.

12/2021 - My hair started falling out. This is common for Gastric Surgery patients about 1 year after, as well as common for 3 months after a traumatic event (his death). Unfortunately I had both simultaneously, so I lost almost all of it.

02/2023 - Hair started growing back SUPER curly, from its weirdly straight predecessor. Its now a "cute" mixture of the two.

07/04/2023 - Mommy Makeover for all the loose skin.

08/01/2023 - Severe infection which required me to be hospitalized.

01/12/2024 - Finally all healed but too scared to do anything strenuous, like exercise.

03/19/2024 - Went to the gym for the first time in 4 years. LOVED it.

03/25/2024 - Started a 30 day Vegan diet to help with gastrointestinal problems I am dealing with.

And now here I am! I am just me... trying to do my best in this short life we live. I love adventures and I am ALWAYS down for anything. Now I will be incorporating physical activity into my daily life. I had forgotten how much I love it. I have a goal to lose those 30lbs I gained and tone my body.
